Description: This introduction to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points course walks food producers and processors through the five pre-steps and the seven principles of HACCP. Participants will work through individual and group exercises to deepen their understanding of how to make a HACCP plan that works for their facility. This course is recognized by the International HACCP Alliance and students will receive a certificate with an IHA seal upon completion.
